WHAT SERVICES ARE COORDINATED TO ACCOMPLISH MISSION ?
- Dental referrals to appropriate clinics and dentists to provide free or discounted dental exams, x-rays and regular cleaning.
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and AIDS – coordinate with doctors and clinics to diagnoses and treatment with privacy protection to individuals. Arrange for free or discounted services and treatment at appropriate clinics.
- Educational programs and training – coordinate with schools and
(books, labs, etc.)
- Arrange for Kidney testing – diagnosis and treatment including dialysis. Provide any and all types of support to families including counseling and financial support.
- Mental health referral to appropriate institution for diagnosis, treatment, counseling and therapy.
- Provide financial assistance as needed for purchase of medication and supplies including food and clothing as needed.
- Co ordinate with governmental departments (DPSS and SSA) to arrange for individuals to get Medical and/or Medicare as qualified and warranted.
- Arrange for Counseling services to individuals and families for inspiration
